My husband and I chose to be surprised for each of our kids’ genders. With that plan, we came to the hospital with one boy name and one girl name. Two baby boys later, our baby girl name has been stuck in my back pocket, waiting for a grand entrance. When my shop came into the picture, it felt very appropriate to bring life to our baby girl name, “Goldie”, giving us “Goldie Goods”. In the event God has an actual daughter in our long term story, will I still use the name? Likely, no – the shop just holds an incredibly special spot in my heart, leaving me willing to give up my baby girl name for it. It’s my ‘daughter’ in the form of a shop!

I’ve always told myself, if giving gifts was a love language, it would be mine! Intentional gifting fills me to the brim with joy. To be now offering a source for people to do the same is a dream I’m incredibly thankful to be living! It’s my goal to provide cheerful, quality goods that will bring happiness to any day.

Outside of my shop, I hold the title of wife to Nathan, mama to Von and Heath, and dog mama to Ruger. There are two honeybees in my logo – one representing each of my kids. Like the honeybee, my husband and are training our kids to work hard and give generously – within time, talent and treasures.
