returns & exchanges
If an exchange or return is needed, the buyer has a 14 day window (starting at delivery date) to facilitate. After 14 days since package delivery, the order is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return eligibility:
-item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
-must be in original packaging.
-food items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
-sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
-buyer is responsible for return shipping.
-original shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly suggest using a traceable shipping service, as we are not responsible for the shipping of a return and cannot guarantee receipt.
Assuming your order meets all requirements noted above, please contact shopgoldiegoods@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
